questions found in arrima application

hi everyone

I have two questions which I found in arrima application, but I didnot understand them;

1- has a professional order of quebec or another quebec regulatory body recognized you as having a compelete diploma or training equivelence?

if I chose "yes"
the following questions appear;
select the organization from the list?
please indicate,if applicable,the file number provided by the organization?


the second question which i didnot understand ;
do you have a comaparative evaluation of studies done outside quebec issued after jan 31,2013?


for the 2 formentioned questions, do they have a score on them while processing the file?


the last inquiry is, i didnot found any question about the financial ability? am i right?
