Our OWP was rejected due to insufficient funds, in the mean time my spouses visitors visa expired. I know we have 90 days since that date for restoration of status, but while we were waiting on the OWP he'd have been considered implied status. Do we base the 90 days off the date his OWP was rejected as he would have been implied status up until then or when his visitors visa expired?
