Questions around Additional Family Information

Hello folks,

I was hoping if someone could help me out here.

in Additional Family Information form:

1. Complete ALL names in English and in your native language: Form some reason form does not accept Hindi as a language and converts all letters to "?????" Has anyone experienced this and can suggest what can be done?
2. My Grandparents are Deceased and my parents have no information on their Date of birth: Should i be typing "Unknown" under Date of Birth, email address, Marital Status? but put Country under Present Address?
3. While adding Children details: I should be including my information as well? regardless i am the one sponsoring them
4. Email Address: Is it okay to use my email address for them just to be sure that i get notified whenever there is any communication?
5. Additional Family Information Email Address: Is this the only form where they ask for email address of Applicant?
