I'm going through the sponsorship forms and I'm wondering which forms aren't necessary to send? We aren't planning to use a representative so that's not a form we need to submit, right?
Also, the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union [IMM 5409], is that one we need to submit? Because we technically aren't in a common-law relationship, we'll be married.

Should I submit them anyways and put Not Applicable on the forms?

Anything that could be cleared up about the forms that need to be submitted would be a huge help!

correct, if you don't have a representative and are not applying as commonlaw then you do not need to fill out those forms. likewise, if you don't have any dependants, you do not need to fill out the dependant form.

you have 2 options for these forms:
1) print them out, write n/a on the form and submit them with your package, also marking the checklist as n/a
2) mark the checklist as n/a for those forms - this is what i did and had no issues.
