Questions about my situation, please help

Hey guys,

I've been living with my fiancee continuously since summer 2015, split between our two countries (I'm British and she's Canadian). Once her 6 month validity in the UK expires, we plan to go to Canada, marry in Toronto, and apply inland from there.

1. We'll be showing at customs together, with one return ticket to the UK for me dated 3 months after entry. Should we say we're getting married? Or just that I'm visiting for the summer? We have a venue already booked.

2. I've entered Canada 3 times before and stayed 1 month, 4 months and 6 months, the third time I stayed to the last possible day on my passport stamp. Will this affect anything?

3. My fiancee has no income of her own currently. She's supported by friends and family, my own work (I'm self employed) and will be applying to go on disability. Can this affect anything regarding my application?

4. Not strictly immigration related but if anyone can answer - I work online, for UK clients only, and am paid into a UK bank account. Is it legal for me to continue to do so in Canada, or must I abstain from all forms of economic activity?

1) I would say you're here as a visitor. However if specifically asked, don't deny the marriage plans.
2) It's possible the officer may want to be satisfied that you have ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. If you have anything that proves ties, I would bring that as evidence just in case (e.g. proof of employment, proof of property ownership / assets, etc.).
3) It's possible this could impact the PR application. While there's no income required to sponsor, it's possible CIC may be concerned about your finacee's ability to support you. When you apply, make sure you include proof of your income to show how you will be able to live in Canada without going on social assistance.
4) No issue provided there are no Canadian clients involved. However I wouldn't advertise this at the border when entering Canada.

She has been on social assistance in the past, jointly with her ex before they divorced, but she isn't any more and has never applied for anything other than disability on her own.
