I am in Canada and my husband sponsors me for PR and we don't have kids.
I am preparing for supporting documents for sponsored persons, according to the requirements of the checklist IMM5533. I have few questions as below
1. "Most recently issued passport or travel document for you and all family members (who will accompany you to Canada)"
I am confused by the term "who will accompany you to Canada." I came to Canada by myself as an International student, what does it mean who will accompany you?
There are four people in my family. My parents, my brother and me. Does it mean I need to submit copies of documents including four of us, for example, four passports, four birth certificates, four national identity cards?
Also, do I need to submit my husbands' passport, birth certificate, national identity card (driver license)? Is he my family member?
But this item is for principle applicant, which is me. I am so confused.
2. Proof of relationship to sponsor
"documents issued to you or your sponsor showing the same address (e.g. cellphone bills)"
If we submit the cellphone bills, how many bills do we need to submit? Just one bill on July 2017, or three bills from July, August, September 2017, to prove that we live together for certain period of time?
