Hi

I am applying to Canada as a skilled worker and I am separated (legally).
In the form IMM008 (Application for Permanent Residence in Canada), in Page 2, all the details of the family members are asked.
They will NOT accompany me to Canada.
Now the problem is as I don't have any contact with ex and kids, some details I don't know either, and I dont have their recent photos.
What should I do?

Thanks for your answers

Yo this is a crucial situation! You might need the services of a lawyer for proper presentation besides legal advice. Good Luck!

As per the form IMM0008 requirement photo is mandatory and cannot be left blank.

thanks for the answers.

One more question:

I don't want to sponsor any of the "ex" family members anytime in the future.
If I don't list them in these documents, will this be perceived as "I lied about their existences" (hence, jeopardized my application) or "I simply wont sponsor them anytime if they wanna immigrate to Canada"?

Thanks & Rgds

You have to list them whether you intend or not to sponsor them in the future.
