Only diseases that can be spread are considered as dangerous and could affect your immigration application.

In short: NO

If she does a spousal sponsorship, she has to sign something that says she will look after medical, living costs etc for 3 years (I think it's 3). You cannot be found medically inadmissible on a spousal sponsorship.
