I have a question. My EE CEC application has been re-opened after cancellation on March. The thing is that, during that time, I had already applied for another application and now I have two applications. I actually would like to continue with the one which has been re-opened because it is already at an advanced stage while the new one has been submitted only a week ago. Is it possible to withdraw the new application and get refunded?
