i got a refusal and now i'm trying to reapply but my acceptance letter shows the course that start on MARCH 2017.
my question is can i apply using this acceptance letter or i need a new one???
i sent an email to the university to send me a new one but still no reply, -__-

If any agent helped you through the application, Run through him/her.
or else draft a mail to the admissions office of that college and ask to provide LOA for next sem.
If already done that and still no reply, Try to call them, Number will be available on their website.
