Question: Renew/Change coop work permit

Hi friends,
Could you please advise for my case?
I'm currently in Toronto. I registered for college A which has coop program in final semester (provided at border when entering Canada). Now I transferred to another college (starting in Jan 2018) which has coop program in 2nd and last semester. How can I get the coop work permit for my new college? And where should I go to apply for it?
I'm new and know nothing here. Could you please help! Thank you!

I am in same situation on my previous co op there is a name of my previous college do i have to apply new one or not???
