Please confirm what needs to be answered for the below question.

"Enter the dates from the calculator here: Your five(5) year eligibility period is from 2015-05-27 to 2020-05-27

Is the above answer is correct? Kindly comment.

My PR stamping date is 21st April 2017
The citizenship application date is 27th May 2020.

I had also checked the checkbox, I will provide the signed copy of the Online Physical presence calculator.
