Greetings, my name is Neven (32)
Im from Bosnia and Herzegovina (Eastern EU) but I live in Canada almost 4 years! I came to Canada as a student at December 3rd 2016, at Algonquin college where I met my ex wife! During certain circumstances I didnt finish college and got married in July 25th 2017! Anyway I dont want to make it long, we applied for my PR and during that process I obtained my work permit on August 14th 2018 issued till August 20, 2020! Now we separated non officially in February 14, 2019, and I started working as a superintendent got my own place and settled in, but in a meanwhile she canceled the sponsorship so my pr got canceled but work permit remained valid!
So, my question is, will I able to extend my work permit in case we get divorced officially, or during non official separation? Thank you in advance!

You won't be able to get your permit extended. It depends on you being in a valid, conjugal relationship with your wife.

You will need to see if you can find other ways to stay in Canada. You may need to apply for PR under your own merits.

Does that means that I should apply trough Humanitarian rights and compassionate?

You have no H&C grounds. Relationships end, normal part of life.

In other to apply for another work permit, you need a job offer from an employer with a positive LMIA.

What do you mean I dont have H&C grounds isnt that proof that you re useful to community and that you can contribute? As far as I heard you need to have a stable job over one year(I have it) I obtained 4 licences one is approved from Ottawa public health and safety? So what else they need? Just paying taxes is contribution to the community? I was thinking to hire a lawyer but I ve heard that they lie just to take your money, and then they do nothing!

No, being "useful to community" and paying taxes is not grounds for H&C. H&C is for exceptional cases where people dont qualify for PR and there are compelling circumstances to allow them to stay. You living here for a few years and your marriage ending are not exceptional.
