Hello,

I was a bit unsure about filling the work history. Could someone give some advice please -
So I am applying under NOC 0631 - Restaurant manager

My work experience in its entirety -

July- 2011 - March,2013 - Waitress ( I don't have any documents as it was not paid on tax)
June,13 - April,14 - Pick/Packer

May,2014 - Dec,2014 - Assistant Restaurant Manager(part time)
Dec,2014 - Dec,2015 - Restaurant Manager(full time in the same restaurant)
I'll using this to get my points and I have all the proper documents for them.

So, the question is if I skip out the waitress job experience from history would the department question how I got the job as an Assistant Manager. Also, does assistant manager count as manager?
Although, I did get diploma of management but that was just before I started working full time in Dec,2014

You can skip mentioning it in your pre-ITA work history. And, mention it in your post-ITA personal history. You're not required to support the claims you make in your personal history.
