Could any one help me with this technical issue?
I am curently working in canada under postgraduate work permit and i am about to submit my final application to Buffalo NY. CIC web site says "You do not have to show that you have these funds if you have arranged employment in Canada". Can this arranged employment be any kind of job or it has to be under the skilled category?
