I am currently in a dilemma, hope some one can assist.
I have been in Canada since September 2018 and hold an ICT visa which is set to expire mid of June, 2023. The maximum validity in my case is 5 years and I am close to 4.5 years now. I have sufficient CRS score to receive an ITA in next CEC draw. So once I receive an ITA, submit all the documents and after getting AOR (probably in next 60-70 days), Can I apply for Bridge Open work permit ? I am worried because I may be crossing 5 years on work permit. Does any one faced similar situation ?
