I came to Canada with my family to seek refugee protection. In the first instance, my refugee claim was denied, then I submit an appeal, also this was denied and then I submit a PRRA and this was approved. My Family and me becomes Protected Persons in Canada now.
My question is, If at the end, my PRRA was approved, Does that means that my refugee claim was approved ? or the PRRA was a thing totally different of my refugee claim ?
I ask this question because in the form IMM5669E (Schedule A - Background Declaration), in question # 6 literal d), ask about if you ever been refused refugee status. What is the right answer ? Yes or No.
