Could anyone please comment !

If PNP application under process and work permit (PGWP) expire but still have study permit valid. Upon receiving the nomination, when I will apply for BOWP, then could it be a problem that person on the study permit applying for work permit ?

Which one better out of Visitor and student status while waiting for PNP approval ?

To apply for a BOWP you need to have valid status on a work permit that is due to expire within 4 months, unfortunately you cannot apply for a BOWP on study or visitor permit.

I hope someone else in the forum can help you with about your options of applying a work permit after you receive the nomination.

Which province & what stream did you apply for the PNP?
