My friend is the principal applicant during her PR application, she included her partner and son, and her partner's daughter (from her partner's previous relationship). They are already here in Canada. My friend and her partner's daughter are NOT in good terms now. Can my friend not include her (partner's daughter) in their citizenship application?

I am not sure if there is a post regarding this already.
Thank you.

Whats the age of these children?

The age of her partner's daughter is 19 years old, and she is already working. She is the only one that my friend doesn't want to include in her citizenship application. Due to the fact they are not in good terms anymore.

She is over 18 years old so wshe would need to submit her own sperate adult application...
