Guys I want to make a specific enquiry to Buffalo because of the reply that they gave me yesterday - they say that they don't have any record of file. I printed the AOR from Nova Scotia and I scanned it, but the size of the file is too big. Buffalo requires 3.5 MB and my files are over 5 MB. How can I upload the AOR and the proof of delievry which I also scanned it?
Thank you.

Please, can anyone give me an advice?

If I'm not mistaken, AORs from CIO are given through email. You can forward the said email to Buffalo.

Load the file in to Photoshop and "Save for web" - or scan it in mono. Either will reduce the file size.

You can Zip the file! try also to convert it to PDF
I hope this will help.

Easy two opitons:

1) open the email, press prnt scrn and then go to word press ctrl+v you have the window there, save word file with email and send
2) download Bullzip pdf printer, it's a virtual printing software which prints files in pdf, after installing open your email account, press ctrl+p and then this software will ask you where to save file, choose the path where you want file to be save. in 2 mins ready to go (like this method, but make sure if you have any other printer installed and active choose, then go to control panel -> printers and then choose bullzip printer right click and choose make it default printer).
3) Forward CIO email to Buffalo.

yes, its a virtual printer. Simply print in normal way and it will ask you where to save the file and it will save file as pdf.
