Question regarding additional documents

I got the CIT-520 in Feb, 2015 after the citizenship test.. I gathered all the documents returned them before the requested response date.

Now I have more additional documents I think will benefit my case and would like to submitted to them. Does anyone know if we are allowed to send in the documents without their requests?
