In the name and address block of payment receipt -- Whose address has to be written? My wife( who is a sponsor and is with me at the moment in India) or my details of India?

Please advice!

They ask for a phone number which I cannot put of hers coz she is with me now. In the address block I can put her address. But why cannot I put my address in India? Coz basically its an Outland application and she being a citizen we can do it outland.

Anyone, please advice ASAP coz I've everything ready and want to send out the application today.

Thanks!

You should write contact details of whoever paid the money. The main reason they ask for that on that form is so they know where to send a refund if that is ever necessary. It needs to be a place they can contact the person who paid. It doesn't have to be a permanent address in some place where the person is not currently contactable.
