Busy with an out land common law application with my Canadian born Common law partner being the sponso. I am a US citizen who has been "visiting" in Canada for the last 26 months. I have gone back to the US every month or two for a day to renew my 6 month visitors visa since I live right on the border but have lived in BC as my residence.
Immi 0008 Question 12 asks for Previous Countries of Residence other than my own country of Citizenship. Do I include my time in Canada?
Also, any tips on really fast USA FBI Check agents? Online preferred.
