Question on Document Upload for Visitor Visa

Dear All,

Trying to apply visitor visa for my mother-in-law and got stuck in the document upload page. Here the page is only asking for "Use of representative IMM5476" , however its not asking for any other Immigration Forms like "imm5645e" or "imm5257e". Can someone please help if is it supposed to be like this or there is any other way to upload these immigration forms.

If you're using the new IRCC portal, that's normal as those family information (imm5645) will be part of the online application which you have to fill up. There's less pdf files when you compare it to the old GC Key portal.

hi i am thinking of reapplying visitor visa as my application hasn't moved in 10 months. should i reapply through gckey or new portal? previously applied through gckey
