Question of LMIA

My partner recently got a job offer from Toronto.
The company is now applying to LMIA and see if my partner/job position will be approve or not.

It is been a month and half already, headhunter is keep chasing every week but no luck. Very difficult to reach their hotline.

Does anyone have this situation? How long does the process of LMIA usually goes?

1. 6-16 weeks if there are no problems with the advertising and the proof that other applicants didn't qualify.
