Question: Just landed in Canada from US for PR. Can i travel back to US in a week?

hey Guys,

So my mother has cancer and is getting her chemo in the US. I landed in Canada this week and want to travel back to US - Will there be any issues in me traveling back to US with my family? i am on a b1/b2 visa and my entry stamp in the US is valid till Oct 4, 2022.
