Question for PGWP / OWP

Myself, Deepika, I recently graduated in the month of April, 2021. And then I am gonna apply for a Post Graduation Work Permit (PGWP). Previously I was holding a study permit.
and I am holding a job offer which falls in NOC Category A. I have accepted the offer and signed the contract. But the job will only begin after applying for PGWP.
I would like to apply an Open Work permit for my Husband so can I apply for PGWP and my husband's spousal open work permit TOGETHER?

You can only apply to extend your husbands OWP once your have started your job and can provide three pay slips. So no, you cannot submit both together.
