i have question for the checklist IMM5443.

I already married in last month.

in checklist, in section "PHOTOCOPIES (OR ORIGINALS WHEN INDICATED) OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS", for both of you part, do I need to check "Proof of your common-law relationship" and "Proof of your conjugal relationship" and provide some evidence?

You need proof of your relationship. So still include that, but to prove your married you will need a marriage certificate.

If you are providing a marriage certificate, then only check that one and provide the same level of evidence you would with common-law (minus the stat decl of common-law).
