Question- BC PNP Recommondation Letter

I am going to submit my BCPNP application.
My boss asked me to write the recommondation letter by myself and he can edit.

Q1 How long should a recommendation letter be and does anyone have a template I can use?


Q2how long it will takes to get the certificate?

Hello there,..
The letter have to be self explanatory, short ( no more than 2 pages), but have to resalt your qualifications, why they decided for you, what efforts they did to hire you ( if they did some type of recruitment process, how long, how many people aswer the adv.... etc). What they need you, how you fit in the position. Good Luck, anything else let me know...
