I'm applying for a work permit but on my eligibility questionnaire I mistakenly answered I'm doing a work placement or internship in Canada as part of my studies, now I can't change the answer on my work permit application. Does that mean they'll request a Proof of school registration and a three-party Internship agreement (me, employer, school)? I do have a proof of registration since I'm enrolled at school in my home country but I don't have a three party internship agreement since my work/internship (although in the same field of study) is not part of my studies.
I would appreciate any help. If I should redo my profile and start over I need to do it as soon as possible.
