Question about whether to provide explanation for withdrawal of earlier EE profile.

I had withdrawn my earlier profile on which I had received an ITA and created a new profile and received a new ITA, however my medical tests were done with the previous EE number, is it ok if I upload that one now? And also do I need to provide a reason for withdrawing the earlier EE profile? Please help
