My wife is the accompanying spouse in PR application. For some of her IRCC applications and a later webform correction, we used my email address because her own email account was having storage issues at the time. The applications and webform were still in her name and contained her correct personal information.
Do we need a separate Letter of Explanation explaining why the principal applicant’s email address was used, or is this too minor to explain unless IRCC asks?
Would appreciate advice from anyone who has dealt with something similar or from an RCIC. Thanks!
