Does anyone know if...
Why did CIC send letter requesting me the printout of form C of the taxes from the year i applied the first time to bring my parents (2009). How come is not updated taxes (2012).
Do they actually check my 2009 or do they actually go through my taxes from 2009 to 2012 ?
My situation changed (I dont reach the LICO to bring both my parents but CIC doesnt know of that ). Should I notified them about it or should i just send the 2009 taxes ? Please Helppp!

Please don't start multiple threads for the same question - this is bad forum etiquette. Your situation is complicated and it may take some time for someone to come along and provide you with an answer. You have to be patient. If you want an immediate answer - then hiring an immigration lawyer is the way to go.
