So i have a friend whose mum's visitor record extension got refused yesterday. The refused letter stated that her mum didn't undergo the medical exam and that she can restore her status within 90 days.
I read the letter and it also stated that do not reapply unless medical results are known. What does that mean? Does my friend's mum need to do the medical first and then submit a restoration status application?
