question about OPR delivery office

As far as I know, some Chinese students have received their OPR from Beijing office. It seems that they received their AIP from Beijing office between 27th August and 29th August too. So if anyone knows that the step2 review is processing by the step1 office or only processing by the office in application's location?

Applicants processing office plays a large role, thus dates vary. But in general, if you DLI is approved you will get OPR like soon, of course if your office does not have a large backlog. If you need it soon, shoot webform with proofs that you are still enrolled if for Fall intake and they will remember about you, ahaha. Sad but true
