Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
My Common-Law applied for Inland Permanent Residence. We want to send in the open work permit marked "to be processed with pr application"
My question is, which form do I need? I see there are other forms that are required on the standard work permit, declaration of Common-Law, etc.
Do these other forms need to be filled in again? They already have this information from the pr app.

Thank you

You need the Application to Change Conditions/Extend My Stay in Canada. Keep in mind that this form is only able to be used if the applicant has valid temporary status at the time the inland ap and the extension ap are received by CPC-Vegreville. As long as the applications are received before the original status expires, the applicant benefits from "implied status" to remain in Canada under the terms of their original status until the inland PR application is assessed for first stage approval and new temporary status is issued (the OWP).

If you have already submitted the Inland spousal sponsorship application, you are NOT able to submit the OWP application. Well, you can but it will be refused. The key to this OWP application is that it must be submitted WITH the Inland spousal application.
