Hello,

I am sponsoring my wife who is an Indian national who resides in Dubai. I am currently filling the IMM3911 E Form which is the Country Specific Checklist for the Middle East.

Only A1 to A5 and the supplementary information form apply to my spouse. However, do I need to also include and submit the additional checklist and forms for residents of Jordan, Iran, Abu Dhabi, Afghanistan, etc.? And if I do need to include them, do I leave them blank or N/A every single blank space on the forms?

Thank you so much for your help!!!

Check lists are very specific. They say what is required and what is optional. If it is optional they say "If applicable).

If required then yes, N/A or NONE will work just fine.

Thank you for replying. It is a bit ambiguous on the form on what is required and what isn't. So just to confirm, on the form it says:

"If you are a resident of Afghanistan, Jordan, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon and Syria, see additional details below regarding travel documents."

Does that mean statement mean "if applicable"? From my understanding, I am not to include this form at all since it doesn't apply.

Thank you.

Either you are a resident of those places and you need those forms or not. There is no ambiguity nor room for confusion.

"If applicable" is not subject to interpretation, it is clearly stated, for example:

Use of a Representative (IMM 5476), if applicable.

Yes, the booklets incorporate many countries therefore you fill out which pages are relevant to your country. If those application forms are not for your country you don't need to include them or fill them out. You are in Dubai therefore those documents you are referring to do not apply to you.

Certain countries require extra forms or documents, generally the more politically hostile countries etc where more background info is needed.
