question about IMM5669E(SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND DECLARATION)

Dear All,

I am helping my friends for the documents to CIO,mine will be prepared after getting LOA, and have many questions:

in the form of IMM5669E,no.12 Address:"list all address where you have lived since your 18th birthday or the past 10 years."
How about the below situation:
2001-2004 high school lived in the campus from Monday to Friday (city A) weekend at home (City B)
2004-2008 University lived in the campus(City C) went back home twice a month(City B)
2008-2010 Working lived in a rental apartment(City D) weeked at home(City B)
2010-Present Working lived in a rental apartment (City E) (got married) went back spouse's home weekend (City F)

I know it is a little complicated,but there might be some people with the same situation, study and work in the different city from home,so how to make the list in the form? could you please give me your suggestion?thanks very much

Just mention those address where your friend lived for more than 6 consecutive months... Just mention City A, C, D, E... (My opinion)

Oh don't worry about weekends.... it really doesn't matter

just dont leave the time span between the dates...make it rational

Dont do it like that, Just mention the address where you lived, the weekeds doesnt matter. Remember to fill with month / Year and address details This is how it should go.

Example:
01/2001-01/2004 Street, City, Town Zip code
01/2004-01/2008 Street, City, Town Zip code
01/2008-01/2010 Street, City, Town Zip code
01/2010-05/2013 Street, City, Town Zip code

Dont leave any gasp between dates... When you end a month in a line, the next one should start in that month.

In your specific case, put the address of the Campus, discard the weekends since that is not your "fulltime residency".

thanks for all your guys' help.very appreciated
but city A C D E is not a permenant living place,just for study and work.
city B and F are the places of home,and the mailling address in the application is city B.
Really complicated for this :-\
