Can someone in this forum can help me to answer this question in the application form of ETA?
"eta have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada?"
It indicates "in the past, you submitted an application to come to Canada, such as a study permit, work permit or visitor visa."
How about for immigration application with Confirmation of Permanent Residency? It has a UCI number on it.
Do I need to answer Yes? If I answer No,
