Dear Experts,
I am in a peculiar position with regard to the work I've done in the past and whether it can count towards my work experience on my express entry profile. I graduated with a masters degree in September 2020 and landed an internship at a consulting firm in March 2021 for 3 months before I was onboarded full time. The work was full time and paid, but I was not a student. My question is: do those 3 months count toward my work experience? Can I count it along with the rest of the months I was at the firm? I was at the firm for a total of 1 year and 10 months (internship + full time).
I have the same question for another paid and full time internship (four months) I did before my masters degree. I am confused by the guidelines set by IRCC here:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...gibility/federal-skilled-workers.html#minimum
Does this mean my internship must have been for at least a year if it's to be counted?
