question about denial of entry to canada or being ordered to leave Canada

I got refused one time for my permanent residency visa. So I said yes to whether i have been refused my permanent residency visa. Then the next question is about whether I have been denied entry to Canada or a permit and visa. what should I answer?
I am on a work permit now and my work permit did not expire.
