Question about CEC

Hey there,
I am working in Ontario and I do have 1 year experience.

I did IELTS recently and my score is:
L:6.5
R:5.5
W:5.5
S:6.5

when i calculated my eligibility for express entry I cant apply now. I will work to get higher score in IELTS, but for this case is it possible to get CEC?

CEC is one of the programs managed under the Express Entry system. If you were told you were not eligible, that includes CEC.
