Question about CAP

Hi guys.

I am quite new on the forum. I have been reading previous posts but I haven't seen a similar question. I just submitted the initial application.

What happens if Dec 31st comes and I haven't received my PER? Are they going to be processing the requests that arrived on 2014 or will I be doomed?

Express entry is to be launched with effect from January 2015. At that time, CIC will lay out the procedure to apply under that scheme. And then people will apply, most probably, submit expression of interest (EoI). Those selected will be invited to apply formally. This could take several months.

Keeping all the above in mind, I believe FSW 2014 will keep running in parallel until they are out of cap.

Guarantee ? No, because no one knows.
