Question about BC International Post-Graduates Pilot Project

I submitted the application of International Post-Graduates Pilot Project in July, I saw there wasn't any information about the requirement of IELTS result on the website. I want to know do I need to provide proof of IELTS result when I submit my immigration application to CIC? Thanks
