If you can't be bothered to do a tiny bit of homework, please hire a lawyer to help you.

Okay I see so you have to apply to become a sponsor and they select random people randomly? That makes sense. When is the 2021 application available? Does anyone know? Also where can I access it?

Again, you need to wait until 2022.

For 2021, they are drawing from the pool of applicants who applied in 2020.

If you did not find that info the provided link then no one here in this forum knows. So wait and as mentioned somewhere in the link says, keep on eye on IRSS social media or IRCC notices (google it, you will find) to know what will happen in the future for PGP.
