Question about applicant's resident photo.

Hello I'm not sure if it was changed already but does the applicant need to sign all those pictures? A year ago it has to be signed at the back on all of them but it doesn't really show on any articles from CIC.

No signature is required....
Every Visa office may have specific instructions,
you need to follow the instructions depending of the visa
office that will process your case...Manila Visa Office does not require signature.
But generally speaking, no signature is required.

Hello thanks for the quick response, do they need to put their names and address too? It's kinda confusing coz it says here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf that they need to put something on the photo like the photographer's name and even the studio that took the picture.
