Question about 10 day LMIA

I have a question about the 10 day fast track of LMIA.

According to https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/services/foreign-workers/service-tables.html, I should be eligible for the 10 day fast track for top 10% wage earner in my province.

However, HR told me that my company does not have some kind of specific permit/license to do fast track, and can only do regular one.

My question is: Does a company have to hold certain specific permit/license to be eligible for 10 day fast track LMIA? I checked multiple sources, and could not confirm this.

No permit of any sort. Just need to mail LMIA with forms for high wage employment.

I think that link is for the general case of high wage steam, instead of the fast track for top 10% wage earner. For example, in BC, the hourly salary for high wage is $22.50, while the hourly salary for top 10% is $42.

I am in the high wage stream, but I should also be in the top 10% fast track. I would like to know when applying for LMIA, will I be automatically enrolled in the fast track? Does a company have to hold any specific permit/license for fast track? I check this link and cannot find any info about this. https://www.canadavisa.com/labour-market-impact-assessments.html

Don't hang your hat on the fast track process. We've seen tons of people here who technically should have been processed through the fast track stream but instead waited 2+ months like anyone else. Seems like extremely few who qualify are actually processed in 10 days. So make sure you're ready for a few month wait.
