Hi. I was backpacking for more than 6 months in Asia. Anyone who has an idea what to write on the physical location(street address), city, and country? Most of the time im on a boat/bus goin to various places or stay in a hotel then diffrent hotel the next day. Please, I need help on this section.

I would enter Asia, various, probably highlight the 2 or 3 countries where you spent most of the time. I travel a lot - write city/town, name of place if you have it - so for eg XX Hotel or Hostel Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam date to date, then transit through X,Y,Z countries between dates, next place you stayed for a while and do it that way.
