I have been traveling to US to visit my family . do i need to mention the addresses i visited my family in U.S. in question 10 as a visitor.
again in question 11 do i need to mention all the addresses i have traveled in U.S.

You don't list places you visited in either 10 or 11 as they have to do with where you took up residence. Visits to other countries are covered in the physical presence calculator.

Hi sns204 - Please help me with my query.

I am employed in Canada, and my company sent me on job training for a month to the US. I used the B1/B2 visa to enter and stay in US for that month. Now does this come as work/study in US and "lived" there, which triggers my application to fill the "live outside Canada form".
