Ques for sibling just arrived on Study Permit

Hi all,

I actually have a ques for my sibling. He recently came to Canada in Castlegar 20 days ago for a post grad course but would like to change his college from there to Toronto. Unfortunately his college in Castlegar refused to refund his fees for the first semester. So he's planning to do his first sem that is Post Graduate in Castlegar and come back to start a second sem in Toronto that is Not Post Graduate but an Undergraduate course. Please advise if it would be ok for him to do that?

Which country is he from? It would depend on what is written on the study permit. In my understanding, UG and PG study permits are two different types and one can not be used for other kind.

Hiii....on my study permit it is written BC institution but i want to study in ontario....is it possible to do so
